Safety is paramount
We’re proud of the safety culture we’ve nurtured throughout our company. All our work is undertaken on client sites where our staff must be aware of the environmental hazards from day one. We provide a pre-start safety analysis, mandatory site inductions, training, and onsite safety watches. We provide our staff with quality PPE and all equipment is checked before each days work.
Having our staff actively engaged in our safety and well-being initiatives has helped us achieve an outstanding 94.27% Totika rating.

We deliver
Our team are capable and experienced, and will always find a way to deliver to meet or exceed expectations. We have strict quality assessment processes and use a posi-tector to measure coating thicknesses to ensure we meet warranty compliance.

We protect the environment
We understand our responsibility to protect the environment and the nature of the products we are using. When feasible we always use sustainable alternatives, and we recycle solvents and garnet whenever possible. When toxins are produced we ensure they are disposed of correctly and we’re proud of our encapsulation work that helps us safely dispose of hazardous materials.

We support our community
We have been operating in Mt. Maunganui since we began more than 15 years ago. We support our community by getting behind locals through sponsorships, including team blood donations, Gumboot Friday, the local Mt. Everest Challenge raising funds for charity, and financial assistance for the Mt. Maunganui Volunteer Fire Brigade in the Firefighter Sky Tower Challenge.
